Rebecca Norris, M.Ed., RPED #1895, NCED #954

Rebecca Norris is a Registered Professional and Nationally Certified Educational Diagnostician with extensive experience in public education, private practice, and higher education. With a Master’s in Special Education from Texas State University, she has spent over 20 years supporting learners from preschool through adulthood through high-quality evaluations and professional collaboration.

Rebecca has served as a lead diagnostician, trainer, and mentor in multiple districts, and currently works with Region 10 Education Service Center as a field supervisor and facilitator, supporting diagnostician interns across Texas. She also provides contract evaluation services in clinical and school settings and is a former adjunct professor at Texas State University.

Known for her leadership in developing evaluation tools, training materials, and mentorship programs, Rebecca brings a passion for improving assessment practices and fostering excellence in the diagnostician profession.

 
Betsy Rowlett, M.Ed. - Betsy holds a Master of Education in Special Education from the University of Virginia. With a passion for supporting diverse learners, she taught special education in Charlottesville, VA, before transitioning to IBM Education, where she contributed to innovative educational solutions. For over 20 years, Betsy has been a key player at Riverside, currently serving as the Manager of Clinical Training, where she is dedicated to developing effective training programs that enhance the skills of professionals in the field.
