Using the WJ IV in ADHD and Executive Functioning Assessments

About the Session:
Join Dr. Grant, and doctoral student Ms. Kelsey Matuszak, as they discuss using the WJ IV in ADHD and executive functioning (EF) assessments. As part of the webinar, Dr. Grant and Ms. Matuszak will be providing: 1) an overview of ADHD and EF, 2) guidance regarding the EF domains covered by select WJ IV COG, ACH, and OL tests; and 3) tips for examiners to consider before and after testing.
Learning Objectives:
- Identify at least three executive functioning skills that can be tested using the WJ IV.
- Identify three strategies to use before, and after testing, when working with children suspected of behavioral and/or attentional challenges.
- Identify at least one federal law that applies to the education of children with ADHD and/or EF related concerns.
